    When there are not a lot of fillers, alcohols, and chemicals, you don't need as much of the product. A small pea size of the creams on the four points of your face is all you need to message the entire area. I always include my neck and chest. You can use a cotton pad or just put a little toner in the palm of your hand and pat the face. (The full bottle toner is a spray).
